48 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago CMI Management is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Worker to provide maintenance services for HVAC systems, plumbing and building interior repair at a Federal facility in Jefferson County, WV.
The General Maintenance Worker performs operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems, plumbing, drywall repair and painting, office moves and shift coverage when needed.
Shifts Available M-F:
7AM - 3:
30PM 11PM to 7:
30AM Key Job Functions Replaces light fixtures, motors, using joint compound to patch holes and cracks in walls and ceilings Repairs or replaces sink faucets, water coolers, toilets, urinals, paints structures and equipment Repairs or replaces stone pavers/steps, hangs doors and installs door locks, and replaces broken window cranks Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery as required Changes lights, performs drain maintenance Performs housekeeping of mechanical spaces and rooms Moves furniture and equipment Helps with event set ups and assists other trades workers as needed Experience & Skills High school diploma Valid Driver's license is required Must be US citizen or permanent resident Alien with ability to pass a government background check Must possess at least five (5) years related maintenance experience for commercial facilities Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work in tight restricted spaces and work from a ladder Good customer service and communication skills Self-starter with good initiative to get the job done with little to no direct supervision.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
